yoga is: a virtual conference exploring yoga

These free virtual conference things are all the rage right now. And so they should be, as they provide an opportunity to deepen our knowledge and expand our thinking from the comfort of our computer. For free!

Yoga Is, the latest virtual conference for yoga lovers, kicks off on August 12. Over the next five days, Suzanne Bryant, the director of a film with the same title, will share hour-long interviews with more than 25 of the “leading experts from the yoga world.”

We’ll have the chance to listen to Dharma Mittra, Baron Baptiste, Cyndi Lee, Seane Corn, Tommy Rosen, Bryan Kest, India Arie and many more do their best to explain “what yoga is.” No easy feat. Actually, it looks like there’ll be a lot of talk about personal transformation, happiness and love.

Check out the full line-up for Yoga Is, August 12-16, 2013 and sign yourself up.
